Fleming. s translation is of special note in this edition, as certain vowels, pitch, and dynamics are wonderfully matched without compromising linguistic integrity in translation. It is a wonderful piece with which to bring two choirs of a parish together. or combine with a local neighboring church. even more effective is to perform the work with some distance between the two choirs.
