This popular classic by Handel has been wonderfully arranged by Norman Anderson for Solo Piano. Handel composed his famous Oratorio Solomon in 1748 and this Sinfonia is taken from the overture and symphony, based on the original music score housed in the Royal Music Library. It is a grand and excited piece which perfectly captures and depicts the energetic flurry and anticipation of the Queen's impending arrival.
