It Couldn't Be Done was commissioned by "thatotherchoir" from Goderich, Ontario in memory of a choir member who had passed away. The text, by Edgar Guest, was carefully chosen to reflect the personality of the choir members' colleague. Similar in style to Jeff Smallman's Kicking Horse River, this piece has a "pop" character to it, and is a fun piece for all involved.
