Pretty confident that these are perfect. If not it's just a typo.

Tuning: EADG, must be played on a coffin bass ;P

1st verse:

2nd chorus:

G|------------------0-3-0---0-3-0--------------------1---1---3---3-------|
D|----------------1-------1-------(--0-3-0---0-3-0)----1---1---3---3-----|
A|3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-----------------(1-------1------)----------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|
the rest is the same as the 1st chorus.
the part that is different is in parenthesis.

The rest is too long, and just variations of this and a key change,
but i'll write the outro up, even though it's pretty easy.
starting with the small instrumental bridge right after the key change

Oh yeah, at the end of the last chorus before the bridge,
during the key change, he is playing triplets instead of
the root and 5th notes. Have a listen.

bridge:

G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|----0-2-3-4-5-6-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-0---------------------0-2-3-4-5-6-7----------|
A|0-3-----------------------------0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-3------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

and finally:
G|----0-2-----0-2-----0-2-----------------------------------2-3-4-5-4-3-2----|
D|0-3-----0-3-----0-3-----5-5-----5-5-----5-5-----5-5-----3------------------|
A|----------------------------5-5-----5-5-----5-5-----5-5--------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

G|--2-3-4-5-4-3-2-3---3---3---3---2---2---2---2------------------------------|
D|3-----------------3---3---3---3---2---2---2---2----------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
He does a bunch of variations of this last part too.
It's fun just to make stuff up while playing with it.
Have fun.
